​സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളമുള്ള ബൂത്ത് ലെവൽ ഓഫീസർമാരുടെ (ബി.എൽ.ഒ.) സമർപ്പിതവും അർപ്പണബോധവുമുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനഫലമായി, നിലവിൽ നടക്കുന്ന വോട്ടർ പട്ടികയുടെ പ്രത്യേക സംക്ഷിപ്ത പുതുക്കൽ (എസ്.ഐ.ആർ.) നടപടികളുടെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള 96% എന്യൂമറേഷൻ ഫോമുകളുടെ വിതരണം ഇതിനോടകം പൂർത്തിയായതായി മുഖ്യ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചു.

​ശേഷിക്കുന്ന ഘട്ടങ്ങൾ സുഗമവും സമയബന്ധിതവുമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനായി, പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫോമുകൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ബി.എൽ.ഒ.മാർക്ക് സൗകര്യമൊരുക്കാൻ ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടങ്ങൾ സമഗ്രമായ നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രത്യേക ക്യാമ്പുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കൽ, പ്രാദേശിക ലോജിസ്റ്റിക് പിന്തുണ നൽകൽ, നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഫോമുകൾ ഡിജിറ്റൈസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ബി.എൽ.ഒ.മാരെ സഹായിക്കുന്നതിന് സാങ്കേതികവും അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയതുമായ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കൽ എന്നിവ ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

​അംഗീകൃത രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളും ഈ പ്രക്രിയയിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്കനുസരിച്ച്, അധിക ബൂത്ത് ലെവൽ ഏജന്റുമാരെ (ബി.എൽ.എ.) നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യാനും വോട്ടർമാരിൽ നിന്ന് പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫോമുകൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിനായി സഹായ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ (ഹെൽപ്പ് ഡെസ്കുകൾ) സ്ഥാപിക്കാനും അവരോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇത്തരം നടപടികൾ ബി.എൽ.ഒ.മാരുടെ ജോലിഭാരം കൂടുതൽ ലഘൂകരിക്കുകയും ഈ പ്രക്രിയ കാര്യക്ഷമമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

​തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സംവിധാനം, ജില്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ, ഫീൽഡ് സ്റ്റാഫ് എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പിന്തുണയോടെ, എസ്.ഐ.ആർ. പ്രക്രിയ ഒരു കൂട്ടായ പ്രവർത്തനമായി ഫലപ്രദമായി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്നു. ഈ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ ഒരു ബി.എൽ.ഒ.യ്ക്കോ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ യാതൊരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും നേരിടുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നു.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Kerala, informs that, owing to the dedicated and committed efforts of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) across the State, over 96% of the Enumeration Forms have already been distributed as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls.

To further ensure smooth and timely completion of the remaining stages, District Administrations have taken comprehensive measures to facilitate the BLOs in collecting the filled forms. These include setting up special camps, extending local logistical support, and establishing centres equipped with technical and infrastructure facilities to assist BLOs in the digitisation of forms in a time-bound manner.

Recognised political parties are also being encouraged to participate actively in the process. They are being requested to nominate additional Booth Level Agents (BLAs) and to establish help desks for collecting filled forms from voters, as permitted under the guidelines of the Election Commission of India. Such initiatives will further ease the workload of BLOs and support efficient completion of the exercise.

The SIR process is progressing effectively as a collective team effort, with coordinated support from election machinery, district officials, and field staff, ensuring that no BLO or election official faces any hardship during the operations.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer acknowledges the exemplary dedication and tireless efforts of all Booth Level Officers, whose commitment has been instrumental in the smooth and effective conduct of the Special Intensive Revision and appeals to all voters, political parties, and the media to continue extending their cooperation to ensure successful completion of the Special Intensive Revision as per the scheduled timelines.
